I used to make besan wala naan when I was in collage with my cousins for late night hunger. It still brings all those lovely memories back. Its really very easy to make. Secret is to take one day old naan or any leftover naans. Try this besan ka naan and enjoy this rainy season.
Ingredients Of Besan Ka Naan
- 1 cup besan/ gram flour
- Salt to taste
- Red chilies to taste
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 green chilies chopped
- Green coriander chopped
- Oil for frying
Method Of Besan Ka Naan
- Make batter of besan by adding some water in it. Add all ingredients in it and mix well. Batter should not be so thick or too thin.It should be like a spread.
- Now take naan and apply batter on one side with spoon. Cover one side of naan with batter.
- In pan heat oil and fry naan on medium heat so the batter cooked fully. Naan should be golden brown and crispy from edges.
- Eat hot with yogurt or any dip of your choice. These naans don’t taste good when they get cold
