Try this bohra fried fish and enjoy it with any meal. It is very tasty and crispy.
- 1kg fish fillet
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 2tbsp salt
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1 lemon
- 1 egg
- Bread crumbs as required
- Oil to fry
- Put egg, red chilies, salt, vinegar and lemon juice in a bowl and whisk them together.
- Immerse the fish pieces in this mixture and keep them aside for 2 hours.
- Coat the pieces with bread crumbs. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the fish pieces till they turn golden from both sides.
- Delicious Bohra fish is ready to be served.
