I love bread pudding I used to make large batches I worked in the deli for Publix we used to make all kinds of stuff. But I used fruited coffee cakes, and bakery bread, can of almond paste, can of cherries and I used vanilla and butter nut flavoring. It made about 30 pans. I had a customer who sent her son to pickup 6 to 8 pans every time I made it. We did banana bread also.
