Treat yourself this summer with these yummy bites. You can serve them with your tea or as a side dish with your dinner.
Ingredients of Cheesy Bites
- 1 packet camembert cheese, refrigerated
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- ½ cup sesame seeds
- 1 egg, beaten
- ½ cup sugar
- 1tbsp crushed red chilies
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- ½ cup water
- Oil for frying
Method of Cheesy Bites
Mix sesame seeds with bread crumbs. Cut cheese into squares.
Dip each square into egg then coat with sesame and crumbs mixture. Refrigerate for half an hour.
Heat the oil in wok and deep fry the wedges till they are golden brown.
Boil sugar and water, add chili and lemon and simmer it for 5 minutes. Serve bites with this sauce and enjoy.
