Ingredients Of Creamy Chicken Handi
1/2 kg boneless chicken in cubes
2 tomatoes, chopped
4 green chilies, chopped
1/2 cup oil
1 tsp. all spices
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. crushed white cumin
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. ginger sliced
1/2 tsp. green cardamom powder
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. crushed saffron
2 tbsp. cheddar cheese grated
2 tbsp. crushed garlic
3 tbsp. fresh cream
Method Of Creamy Chicken Handi
Heat ½ cup oil, add 2 tbsp. crushed garlic, fry till light golden.
Now add ½ kg chicken with 4 chopped green chilies, 2 chopped tomatoes, 1 tsp. salt and 1 tbsp. sliced ginger, cover, and cook for 10 minutes.
Now add ½ tsp. chili powder, ½ tsp. crushed cumin, ½ tsp. green cardamom powder, 1 tsp. allspice, fry for another 5 minutes, lastly add in 3 tbsp. cream, 1 tbsp. butter, ½ tsp. saffron, and 2 tbsp. cheese. Mix it well and remove from heat, serve with naan.
