Heat ½ cup oil, add 2 tbsp. crushed garlic, fry till light golden.
Now add ½ kg chicken with 4 chopped green chilies, 2 chopped tomatoes, 1 tsp. salt and 1 tbsp. sliced ginger, cover, and cook for 10 minutes.
Now add ½ tsp. chili powder, ½ tsp. crushed cumin, ½ tsp. green cardamom powder, 1 tsp. allspice, fry for another 5 minutes, lastly add in 3 tbsp. cream, 1 tbsp. butter, ½ tsp. saffron, and 2 tbsp. cheese. Mix it well and remove from heat, serve with naan.
