Ingredients Of Chicken Broast
- 1 kg chicken
- Salt to taste
- 4 tbsp. soya sauce
- 2 tbsp. white vinegar
- 4 tbsp. tomato ketchup
- 4 tbsp. chili sauce
- 1 ½ cup all-purpose flour
- ½ cup corn flour
- 1 tsp. mustard powder
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- Cooking oil for frying
Method
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl and add chicken pieces in it. Leave it to marinate overnight.
- Heat oil in a wok and deep fry chicken on medium heat till its tender nd golden brown in color.
