Chicken Broast Recipe

Chicken Broast is very easy to make. Just marinate your chicken in some spices and leave it for 3-4 hours or for better result you can leave it overnight. Just fry it before serving and your crispy chicken broast is ready.

Ingredients Of Chicken Broast

  • 1 kg chicken
  • Salt to taste
  • 4 tbsp. soya sauce
  • 2 tbsp. white vinegar
  • 4 tbsp. tomato ketchup
  • 4 tbsp. chili sauce
  • 1 ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup corn flour
  • 1 tsp. mustard powder
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • Cooking oil for frying


  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl and add chicken pieces in it. Leave it to marinate overnight.
  • Heat oil in a wok and deep fry chicken on medium heat till its tender nd golden brown in color.
