Ingredients Of Mac Arabia

  • 250 gm. chicken mince (chop it in chopper)
  • 1 bread slice, remove edges and soak it in 2bsp milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic and ginger paste
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika powder
  • 1/2 beaten egg
  • 1 coal

For Mac Arabia Bread

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup wheat flour (atta)
  • 2 tbsp. oil
  • 1/2 tsp. onion seeds (kalonji)
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. sugar

For Sauce

  • 4 tbsp. mayonnaise
  • Few drops of vinegar

Other Ingredients

  • Iceberg or lettuce leaves
  • Tomatoes, Cut in rings

Method Of Chicken Mac Arabia

  • Take chicken mince and add soaked bread slice, salt, black pepper, garlic and ginger paste, paprika powder and egg in it. Mix it well.
  • Burn the coal and smoke the mince with it to give it a barbeque flavor.
  • Make thin patties and grill it. If you don’t have a grill pan then shallow fry it in pan.

For Bread

  • Mix all ingredients of bread and knead it with warm water. Dough should be hard.
  • Leave it for 20 minutes. Make oval shape bread and toast it on pan. Don’t over toast it.
  • Mix mayonnaise and vinegar. apply it on bread. Put two chicken patties, tomatoes, iceberg and fold it in D shape.
  • Serve hot and enjoy.
