Chinese Beef (by chef Zakir)




  • 300 gm beef(undercut small size slices)
  • 1 onion cut in rings
  • 2 green onion chopped
  • 2 tbsp Worcester sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 2 tbsp corn flour
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp white pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil as required
  • 4 cloves garlic chopped


  • Heat the oil in pan,fry the garlic and beef in it, when beef turns brown then take it out and set aside.
  • In other pan stir fry the garlic and add onion, green onions, salt, oyster sauce, black and white pepper and Worcester sauce. Cook it for 3-4 minutes.
  • Now add fried beef in it, add 1 cup water. Dissolve corn flour in some water and add it in gravy. Cook till it thickens.
  • Serve hot with rice.

Tip: you can add capsicums or broccoli or any vegetables of your choice in it.

          as i mentioned in the recipe its undercut……………its boneless meat and easily available
