It’s the most easiest and quickest way to make tasty Chinese Chicken kebabs which can be served instead of traditional Shami Kebab which take quite a long time and effort. These chicken kebabs can be freeze so that these can come handy in a situation where something quick and delicious is required. Here is the recipe of my style of chicken kebabs.
- Chicken….1/2 kg
- Potatoes 3 (medium size)
- Green chilies….3-4
- Salt according to taste
- Black pepper 1 t.s
- Ajeno motto 1t.s
- Bread crumbs
- Oil for frying
- Boil chicken with salt and green chilies and shred the chicken.
- Boil potatoes and mash them. After wards, simply add shredded chicken, salt, black pepper and Ajinomoto. Mix them well.
- Now make the shape of kebabs and dip them in beaten egg, coat with bread crumbs and fry them. Serve with green sauce or ketchup.
