Is there any alternate to the Worchester sauce? It’s quite hard to find! Also, what about MSG (Ajino Moto i.e.).

    Great recipe btw! 😀

    • Neel December 13, 2009, 7:15 pm

If its not available then yoy can use only soya sauce, u can also use regular salt insted of ajino moto.

Thanks for the recipe, I need to know that whenever I eat Chinese rise in restaurants it always tastes different no matter how hard you try to make it at home, what ingredients do they use to make it more tasty? Do they use ajino Moto or something else?
One more thing, is ajino Moto not good for health I have it many times. But please tell me why the rice are different from restaurants.

    • Neel November 20, 2017, 4:16 pm

They boiled the rice and then add it to sauted veggies and eggs and some sauces and salt. Ajino motto is not bad for health
