- 16 ounces milk chocolate chopped
- 1 pound fresh strawberries with leaves
- Drizzle of cooking oil for shine
- Insert toothpicks into the tops of the strawberries.
- In a double boiler, melt the chocolate and cooing oil, stirring occasionally until smooth.
- Holding them by the toothpicks, dip the strawberries into the chocolate mixture. Turn the strawberries up and down to coat the chocolate fully.
- White chocolate may be drizzled over the chocolate covered strawberries for a fancier look.
