Chocolate Covered Strawberries:Recipe




  • 16 ounces milk chocolate chopped
  • 1 pound fresh strawberries with leaves
  • Drizzle of cooking oil for shine


  • Insert toothpicks into the tops of the strawberries.
  • In a double boiler, melt the chocolate and cooing oil, stirring occasionally until smooth.
  • Holding them by the toothpicks, dip the strawberries into the chocolate mixture. Turn the strawberries up and down to coat the chocolate fully.
  • White chocolate may be drizzled over the chocolate covered strawberries for a fancier look.
