Ingredients Of Eclairs Cake
- 1 sponge cake
- 2 packet cream
- 1 tin pineapple
Method Of Eclairs Cake
- Boil water with butter in a pan until it starts boiling.
- Add flour and baking powder. Mix well with a whisk until it leaves the sides of the pan.
- Keep aside to cool a bit. Then add eggs one by one. You can also use the electric dough hooks for kneading.
- Pipe out some in eclair shape on a baking tray and bake it in preheat oven at 200 for 30-35 minutes.
- Cut them from center and fill them with whipped cream.
- Cut the cake from center and pour some pineapple juice on both side. Now put pineapples and whipped cream on it. Place other half of cake on it and put whipped cream and éclairs on it.
- Drizzle with chocolate syrup.
