Ingredients Of Deep Fried Cheese Sandwich
- 6 slices of bread
- 3 oz mozzarella cheese sliced
- Oil for frying
- Plain flour ½ cup
- 2 eggs beaten
- 2tb.s mustard
Method Of Deep Fried Sandwich
- Remove sides of bread. Spread slices with mustard, place a slice of cheese on top, and then finish with another bread slice.
- Heat oil in a frying pan. Dust sandwiches lightly all over with flour, dip quickly into the beaten eggs.
- Fry the sandwiches on both sides until golden. Drain on paper towels. Cut into quarters and serve hot.
