Yummy Chocolate Cheese Cake:Recipe


Chocolate is my weakness, I love it in any form.Chocolate cakes, pastries, ice-creams, fudge or just a simple chocolate bar, I can have it at any time.It’s not the taste or smell that turns me on, although that may be part of it. No, it’s something else in chocolate that accounts for my addiction. Something dangerously chemical that works its magic in some primal corner of the brain. Something, well – Chocó lately.


Ingredients for base

  • 1 packet biscuits of your choice
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 3 tbsp butter

For batter

  • 2 packets cream cheese at room temperature
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp custard powder
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 6 ounce melted chocolate


  • Preheat the oven at 350 degree.
  • Crush the biscuits in blender, add coco and butter in it. Put it in the base of baking tin and press it with your hands. Put it in freezer for few minutes to set.
  • Beat cream cheese, sugar, custard powder, eggs, egg yolks, sour cream and coco powder.Blend these all ingredients well with electric beater.
  • Now mix melted chocolate in this mixture with the help of wooden spoon.
  • Pour this mixture over biscuit base and bake it for 50 minutes or till the cake is done.
  • Take the cake out and pour the melted chocolate all over it.
  • Put in refrigerator for 4 hours before serving.
