Doughnuts Recipe

Doughnuts can be cooked in two ways, you can bake them or you can deep fry them. In this recipe, I will use the second option which is deep frying. You can use any topping of your choice for doughnuts like, jelly, jam, chocolate, cream, custard, or any other sweet topping.

Are doughnuts better fried or baked?
Baked doughnuts are smaller, baking powder, and more compact. A typical fried glazed donut will be around 269 calories, while a baked donut will have much fewer. The difference is the fact that you won’t be dealing with any extra fat from the oil from frying when you bake. Do try.

  1. It will be more nice if you cook and take pictures and write about your real experience
but now it seems you are just copy pasting the posts.

Have you really tried your hands on Doughnut?

    1. Dear Salman,

It doesn’t really prove that I am copy and pasting these recipes if the images I am posting aren’t taken by myself which is not possible every time I cook a new food. However that’s an improvement (posting my own pictures) I need to do which at this moment I am unable to but this will be coming very soon to Neel’s Corner.

The recipes on Neel’s Corner are my personal collection and almost 90% of recipes i have made and tasted my self at home. I have cooked doughnuts almost hundred of times already but I usually cook these in the month of Ramadan.

Thank you for your time in making this valuable comment and criticizing which obviously I have taken in a positive way and will keep it handy while improving Neel’s Corner.

  2. That’s a Good Recipe I really like the fried version of doughnuts than baked ones

But can these be made without eggs
and could you suggest few more toppings

    1. i never tried them without eggs. There are lots of toppings and my favourite one is with melted chocolate and you can also top them with strawberry syrup.
