Easy Polo Chicken Recipe

Easy Polo chicken is a chicken fillet stuffed with spinach and covered with cheese sauce. Ingredients Of Easy Polo Chicken

For Marination

  • 3 chicken breasts 800 gm approximately
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 Tablespoon vinegar

For Coating

  • 3 Tablespoon flour
  • 2 Tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon chili sauce
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs Or Crushed cornflakes or flour ( for outer coating)

For Filling

  • 1/2 cup spinach Boiled and drained well
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger paste
  • 2 Tablespoon green onions
  • 1 chicken cube
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red chili
  • 1 green chili Crushed
  • 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 100 gm cheddar cheese Shredded

For Topping Sauce

  • 1 Tablespoon flour
  • 1 Tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 Tablespoon olives Sliced and Drained Well
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme
  • 1/2 Cup cheese shredded

Method of Easy Polo Chicken

  • Take chicken breast and cut it aside and open it like a book. Hammer it. Marinate chicken in soda and vinegar for 20 minutes and then wash it well and dry it.
  • Heat 1 tbsp olive oil for filling, add garlic, ginger, and green onion, and saute a little. Add spinach and fry for 2 to 3 minutes. Add all spices mentioned in the filling except cheese and cook till this mixture gets fully dry. Add cheese and toss it a little.
  • Now put your filling in chicken breast and roll it. Roll cling paper on it and freeze for an hour.
  • Mix all ingredients of coasting except bread crumbs. Coat all chicken breast pieces with this and then with flour or bread crumbs. Deep fry in hot oil on medium heat. It will take 20 minutes to cook. Fry them covered.
  • After they are golden brown and tender cut them from the center.
  • Now for sauce sauté garlic in one tablespoon and add all ingredients of the sauce. Cook till it thickens. Pour on fried chicken and serve
