Ingredients Of Fish With Pasta

  • 1/2 kg boneless fish, cut in cubes
  • 2 cup pasta, shell shaped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 carrots, chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 green onion, chopped (only green part)
  • Salt as required
  • 1/2 tsp Chinese salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp Worchester sauce
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp chili sauce
  • 4tbsp oil

Method Of Fish With Pasta

  • Boil water with salt and 1tbsp oil. Add pasta in it and boil till its done. Drain and set them aside.
  • In a pan heat 3 tbsp oil, add onion and garlic paste in it. Fry it till it turns light brown in color. Add carrots and tomatoes and cook it for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add fish and salt, Chinese salt, black pepper, Worchester sauce, vinegar, chili sauce and little water in it, mix it all well. Cook it for 2-3 minutes or till the fish is cooked.
  • Now add boiled pasta and green onion on top. Mix it and put it covered on low flame for 1-2 minutes.
  • Serve hot.
