Ingredients Of Fish With Pasta
- 1/2 kg boneless fish, cut into cubes
- 2 cup pasta, shell-shaped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 carrots, chopped
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 2 green onion, chopped (only green part)
- Salt as required
- 1/2 tsp Chinese salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- 2 tbsp Worchester sauce
- 1 tbsp Vinegar
- 2 tbsp chili sauce
- 4tbsp oil
Method Of Fish With Pasta
- Boil water with salt and 1 tbsp oil. Add pasta to it and boil till it’s done. Drain and set them aside.
- In a pan heat 3 tbsp oil, add onion and garlic paste in. Fry it till it turns light brown in color. Add carrots and tomatoes and cook it for 2-3 minutes.
- Add fish and salt, Chinese salt, black pepper, Worchester sauce, vinegar, chili sauce, and a little water, and mix it all well. Cook it for 2-3 minutes or till the fish is cooked.
- Now add boiled pasta and green onion on top. Mix it and put it covered on low flame for 1-2 minutes.
- Serve hot.
