Fried Cheesy Jalapeno Recipe

I once ate fried cheesy jalapeno at some restaurant and then I tried them at home, and the result was outstanding. It’s similar to our traditional pakoras with little changes in it. Try them and enjoy. Also known as peri peri bites and jalapeno poppers. Cooking peppers makes dishes hotter because the peppers break down while cooking and release more capsaicin into the dish. The spiciness is then spread out throughout the dish, so it gives the sensation of an overall spicier meal.

Well, these fried jalapenos are just like those, but they don’t have any cheese like poppers typically have! They have a spicy-crunchy combo that is just so good. The zestiness and spice of the pepper come together with a flavorful homemade batter to create a match made in heaven.

  1. Jalapenos and cheeses. Awesome combo.

Any reason for using cheddar and cream cheese? Usually, Mozzarella is the cheese of choice for such fried delicacies. I’ve even had thick slices of deep fried Mozzarella which are delicious.

  2. every cheese has its own taste and texture. Mozzarella cheese is also delicious but this mixture of cream cheese and cheddar cheese has its own taste. give it try and you won’t regret it.
