Ingredients Of Fried Chops
- ½ kg mutton chops
- 2 eggs
- 3 tbsp. flour
- 2 tsp. red chili powder
- 6 cloves
- 6 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp. all spices powder
- Oil as required
- Salt to taste
Cooking Method Of Fried Chops
- Boil the chops with salt, garlic cloves and cloves. Take off from heat when they are tender and all water dries up.
- Beat the eggs and add all spices powder, salt, red chili powder and flour in it. Mix well and make a paste.
- Heat oil and dip chops in egg mixture and fry until they are golden brown.
- Serve hot with any dip of your choice.
