  • 1/2 cup vegan buttery sticks (110 gm)
  • 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar ( 100 gm)
  • 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons granulated sugar (75 gm)
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/4 cups plus 2 tablespoons gluten-free self-rising flour ( 220 gm)
  • 1/4 teaspoon xantham gum (omit if your flour already contains it)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup plus one tablespoon dairy-free milk chocolate chips
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows (100 gm)

Method Of Gluten And Dairy Free S’mores Brownies

  • Preheat oven to 350 F. Line a 9-inch pan with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, add buttery sticks, brown and granulated sugar. Mix with an electric mixer on medium speed till it is creamy. Add vanilla extract and egg and whisk until it is combined.
  • Add flour, xantham gum, salt, and cornstarch. Mix to form a stick dough, stir in chocolate chips and marshmallows.
  • Transfer this mixture to the pan, ensuring it is pressed into corners. Bake for 25 minutes until golden brown. Let cool completely, about 2 hours in a pan. Carefully remove from pan and cut into squares. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
