Gravy Noodles Recipe

This recipe is very much similar like the noodles you cook with chicken and vegetables the only difference is that in gravy noodles we make little gravy and the thickens it with corn flour. This recipe of gravy noodles are for those who don’t like dry noodles. Gravy noodles is really a comfort food with lots of veggies and chicken. I used capsicum and cabbage in gravy noodles. You can add any vegetables of your like or even can add mushrooms too.

Ingredients Of Gravy Noodles

  • One packet noodles, boiled
  • 2 capsicum, cut in cubes
  • 1 small cabbage, sliced
  • 1/2 kg boneless chicken
  • 3 cups chicken stock
  • 2 tbsp. corn flour
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp. Worcester sauce
  • 2 tbsp. ketchup
  • 2 tbsp. soya sauce
  • 4-5 garlic chopped
  • 1 tsp. crushed red chilies (optional)

Method Of Gravy Noodles

  • In a pan heat 2tbsp oil and sauté garlic and in it.
  • Now add chicken and fry it for 2-3 minutes. Add all vegetables and salt, black and white pepper, Worchester sauce, soya sauce, chili garlic sauce and crushed red chilies.
  • Mix it well and cook it for 2-3 minutes on high flame. Now add 3 cup stock and cover it for 2-3 minutes.Now thickens it with corn flour( dissolved in 3tbsp water). Gravy should be thick.
  • Now mix boiled noodles in chicken and vegetable gravy.
  • Serve hot.
