Green Spices Barbeque



  • 1 kg meat/chicken or fish(small pieces)
  • 1 bunch coriander
  • 1 bunch mint
  • 6 green chilies
  • 2 cups green onion chopped
  • 1 cup yoghurt
  • Salt to taste


  • Blend all the green marinade ingredients in blender. Add yoghurt and salt too while blending.
  • Apply it on meat or chicken pieces. Set aside for 3-4 hours.
  • Now grill them, apply oil on them while grilling.
  • Serve hot with chutney.
