Ingredients Of Grilled Chicken Satay With Peanut Butter Sauce
- 1 kg boneless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup milk
- 8 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 tsp white pepper
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp red chili flakes
- 1 tbsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp ground coriander
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
For Peanut Butter Sauce
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 jalapeno pepper, chopped
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp soya sauce
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp fresh coriander, chopped
- 1 tsp fresh ginger, chopped
Method Of Chicken Satay
- Flatten chicken into 1/2 inch thickness and cut into 1-inch strips.
- In a bowl, combine all ingredients. Add chicken in it and marinate it for 3-4 hours.
- Thread chicken strips into a metal or soaked wooden skewer.
- Grill over medium heat until the chicken is golden brown and done.
- Serve with peanut butter sauce

- Combine and heat all ingredients of peanut butter sauce. Do not boil.
- Heat till all flavors and ingredients combine well.
