Ingredients Of Grilled Salmon With Dill

  • 4 Salmon boneless steaks
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 6 tbsp chopped fresh dill
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp garlic paste

Method Of Grilled Salmon With Dill

  • Sprinkle salt, pepper and dill on salmon steaks. Apply garlic paste over them.
  • Blend the olive oil and lemon juice and pour the mixture over the salmon. Cover the fish with plastic wrap and allow it to marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
  • Heat the grill pan and apply little oil on it. Grill the steaks from both sides till they are done and golden in color.
