- 4 Salmon boneless steaks
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 6 tbsp chopped fresh dill
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp garlic paste
Method Of Grilled Salmon With Dill
- Sprinkle salt, pepper and dill on salmon steaks. Apply garlic paste over them.
- Blend the olive oil and lemon juice and pour the mixture over the salmon. Cover the fish with plastic wrap and allow it to marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
- Heat the grill pan and apply little oil on it. Grill the steaks from both sides till they are done and golden in color.
