Herbed Bread



  • 1 French loaf or bread rolls
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tsp garlic paste or garlic powder
  • 1 pinch chopped dill or any herb of your choice


  • Mix the ingredients (except the bread) together to form a paste.
  • Cut the loaf into chunky slices, or if using rolls then slice them in half.
  • Coat with herbed paste and grill lightly. Avoid leaving them on grill too long, as the bread will harden.
  • Serve warm with anything you like. Enjoy :)))
