- 3 quarter cup boiling water
- 1 tsp grated lemon zest
- Quarter cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp fresh grated ginger
- 3 tsp honey
- Pinch of chili powder

- In a mug combine all the ingredients and stir to blend.
