Kachay Keemay Kay Kebab

You can make kachay keemay kay kebab by using mutton or beef. It tastes better with beef mince. Marinate the mince with spices and leave for 4-5 hours and then make a kebab. You can eat these kebabs with rice or with chapattis.

  • 1 kg mince
  • 5 small cardamoms
  • 4 big cardamoms
  • 5 cloves
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 1 tbsp. cumin seeds
  • 1 tbsp. poppy seeds
  • 1 tbsp. kachri powder
  • 10-15 whole black pepper
  • 10 whole red chilies
  • 1/2 tsp. ginger garlic paste
  • 10 tbsp. roasted gram flour
  • 1/4 tsp. jaifel
  • 1/2 cup green coriander
  • 6-7 green chilies
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 coal
  • Oil as required


  • First of all grind small and big cardamoms, cloves, cinnamon, cumin seeds, poppy seeds, kachri powder, whole red chilies, jaifel, black pepper into a powder. Add this in mince with ginger garlic paste.
  • Add roasted gram flour, green coriander, green chilies, and onion in mince too. mix it well.
  • Give it a smoke of coal and cover it for 10 minutes.
  • Make kebabs and fry on medium heat till its brown in color.
  • You can serve these kebabs with pulao and green chutney raita with onion salad. My favorite combination of all time.
