Eid ul azha is here and its meaty eid so we all enjoy tasty and scrumptious dishes whole week. Here I am posting some home made spices recipes by Shireen Anwar. You can store these spices in air tight jar and can use them whenever you need. These spices are much better and tasty then ready made spices which are available in market. You can make your own fresh spices with following recipes. Here is the recipe of Karahi gosht Masala.

Ingredients Of Karahi Gosht Masala
- 4 tbsp. whole coriander seeds
- 2 tbsp. cumin
- 2 tbsp. kasoori methi
- 1/2 tsp tatri
- 1 tbsp. whole black pepper
- 1 tbsp. crushed red chilies
- 1 tbsp. red chili powder
- 1 tbsp. daegi red chilies
- 1 tbsp. salt
- 1 tbsp. hot spices powder
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
Method Of Karahi Gosht Masala
- Grind all ingredients in grinder till it forms a powder.
- Store in air tight jar
Please tell that how much to put in 1 kg of chicken or mutton? Same for korma masala by madam shireen anwar how many tbsp for 1 kg meat if making korma. Thank you
It depends upon what recipe you are using and what other spices you are putting
Four teaspoons of chillies
1 black peper
2 red chilli poweder
3 degi mirch
4 crushed red chilli
what are you cooking KARHI or only MIRCHYAN
You have to make this masala and store in jar. Whenever you make karahi you use one spoon of this. Hope you understand now
