Can I eat Jalapeños on Keto? Of course! Jalapeños are generally pretty low in carbs at only 1 carb in average jalapeño pepper and 0.4g of dietary fiber. So, overall, they only have 0.6g of net carbs per pepper.

Ingredients Of Keto Cheese And Jalapeno Chaffle
- 1 large egg
- Handful Mozzarella Cheese
- 2 shakes Pepper
- 4 pieces Pepperoni
- 1 shake Onion Powder
- 2 tsp chopped Jalapeños
- Olive oil PAM
Method
- In a bowl whip egg and add half Mozzarella Cheese, add onion powder and pepper.
- Heat the Waffle/Chaffle maker and spray with Olive Oil Spam. Add 1/4 of the mixture when the waffle/chaffle maker is ready. Let cook and once ready add pepperoni, diced jalapeños and cheese Cook until cheese is melted.
