Ingredients Of Keto Chocolate Chaffles

  • 1 Egg
  • 1 TBS Sour Cream
  • 2 TBS Almond Flour
  • 1 TBS Cocoa Powder
  • 1 TBS Powdered Swerve
  • 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Salt

Method Of Keto Chocolate Chaffles

  • Preheat the waffle iron while you are mixing the ingredients.
  • In a small mixing bowl mix all the dry ingredients. Make sure there are no clumps
  • Add egg and sour cream, use a rubber scraper to mix thoroughly.
  • pour the mixture in the center of the greased waffle iron and close. (flip it if you have one of those fancy Belgian waffle irons)
  • Cook until desired crispness. I usually set a timer for 10 minutes.
  • Serve it with whipped cream.
  • Open the waffle iron, remove and enjoy. You can serve it with any keto-friendly topping like melted dark chocolate, whipped cream, cream cheese, or any berries.

  1. Thank you for a simple recipe that doesn’t require anything like psyllium husk powder or the ground up teeth of Himalayan gnats (being facetious, obviously). I get so tired of the recipes that specify they MUST HAVE (insert unique ingredient here), and the ingredients MUST BE XX r the recipe won’t succeed. Seriously, I read a recipe that calls for too many odd ingredients, and said ingredients “Have to be (what she specified) or the recipe won’t work”). If that’s the case, I’m not going to bother with it, first because I’m allergic to so many foods, I won’t risk an allergic reaction to something I’ve never had, and second, there is no way in this world that I’ll buy super expensive ingredients just because the recipe creator did.

    I’m going to try your recipe tonight, and I think it’ll be good as written—reasonably, intelligently, and more affordable than some others.
