I love to start my day with a glass of keto chocolate smoothie. While sipping it I never felt that I was on some diet. I make it with coconut milk, you can also make it with almond milk. You can also add your keto protein powder to it.

You can add any of these ingredients to the blender to thicken your low-carb chocolate smoothie:

  1. Ice – The more ice you add, the thicker the smoothie will become.
  2. Nut butter.
  3. Chia seeds.
  4. Pumpkin puree.
