- 1cup almond flour
- 3 eggs
- 1/3 cup sweetener
- 2/3 cup melted butter
- 1 tsp cornbread drops
- 1 tsp baking powder
Method Of Keto Cornbread Muffins
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease the muffin tray or you can also use muffin liners.
- In a medium bowl, whisk the eggs with the stevia and the melted butter. Mix in almond flour, baking powder, and cornbread essence drops.
- If the batter is very thick and difficult to mix, add 1-2 tablespoons of water. Pour batter into a muffin tray and bake for 20 minutes or till it is golden and set.
