Ingredients Of keto Cornbread Muffins

  • 1cup almond flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/3 cup sweetener
  • 2/3 cup melted butter
  • 1 tsp cornbread drops
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Method Of Keto Cornbread Muffins

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease the muffin tray or you can also use muffin liners.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk the eggs with the stevia and the melted butter. Mix in almond flour, baking powder, and cornbread essence drops.
  • If the batter is very thick and difficult to mix, add 1-2 tablespoons of water. Pour batter into a muffin tray and bake for 20 minutes or till it is golden and set.
