Coffee is really good in keto diet and one always search different types of keto version of coffees. Here is my version of keto dalgona coffee. It is like cappuccino with the frothy coffee on top and milk at the bottom. You can have it hot or cold. As pretty as it looks, you don’t want to drink the foam separately – the coffee flavor is super concentrated and it’s also very sweet on its own. Before drinking stir in the coffee foam into the milk to incorporate it.

Ingredients Of Keto Dalgona Coffee
- 2 tbsp Instant coffee
- 1-2 tbsp monk fruit
- 2 tbsp Boiling water
- 1 cup almond milk (or coconut milk for nut-free)
- 1-2 tbsp heavy cream (optional)

Method Of Keto Dalgona Coffee
- Combine the instant coffee, monk fruit and boiling water in a milk frother cup, mug, or small bowl. Use a milk frother to whip for 1-2 minutes, until thick and frothy. (Alternatively, a hand mixer with a whisk attachment will work, but you may want to double the recipe.)
- Pour the milk and cream (if using) into a 12-oz mug or glass and stir. Scoop the whipped coffee over the milk. This is when it looks pretty if you want to snap a photo, but stir vigorously to combine before drinking.
