Keto Double Chocolate Brownies Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1cup swerve confectioner
  • 2tsp vanilla extract
  • 1tsp baking powder
  • 1/8tsp pink Himalayan salt
  • 1/4 cup Lilly choc chips
  • 3/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened Cocoa

Topping:

  • 1/4 cup Lilly choc chips
  • 1/2tsp coconut oil

Method Of Keto Double Chocolate Brownies

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl except for the topping ingredients.
  • Bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Test with a toothpick.
  • Heat chocolate chips and coconut oil and mix till it’s smooth. Spread it on brownies when they cool down.
