Keto Mince Recipe

You can take chicken, beef or mutton mince for this recipe. keto mince can be used in many dishes like stuffed peppers, lasagna or you can eat it with keto paratha or bread. You can freeze this mince after cooking it and whenever you want to eat then heat it and add cream and cheese at that stage. This recipe is for 4 servings and per serving nutrition values are:

Ingredients Of Keto Mince

  • 500 grams Mutton or Lamb Mince (Ground)
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1 Onion
  • 1tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 100 grams Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 50 grams Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 Tsp Cumin
  • 3 Tbsp Ghee
  • 1/2 Tsp Turmeric
  • 1/2 Tsp Red Chilly Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Garam Masala Powder
  • Salt to Taste
  • Fresh Coriander

Method Of Keto Mince

  1. Heat the ghee in a saucepan and chop and add the onions. Once they turn translucent add the cumin seeds.
  2. When the onions start browning adds in the minced meat and stir well. Keep stirring and breaking the pieces of meat so they do not lump up together. Keep the pan on high heat.
  3. Once the meat is separated and the moisture is released add in the tomato, ginger garlic paste, salt, turmeric, chilly powder, coriander powder, garam masala and mix well. Then add some water and cover and cook for 15-20 minutes
  4. Keep stirring the meat every 2-3 minutes and once it’s reduced to your liking add in cheese and mix well.
  5. Once the cheese is fully melted add in the cream and cook for a further 2-3 minutes after which turn off the gas and finish with the coriander.
  6. Serve with Keto bread or Keto paratha.
