Keto salad is super healthy to have any time. I don’t count carbs in my green vegetables and still losing weight. Many veggies contain mostly fiber, which doesn’t count towards your daily net carbohydrate goal. So include green salads with your keto meals. You can make a salad with any keto-friendly vegetables. I make mine with my favorite vegetables, meat, and eggs.
You can eat a variety of salads on keto, as long as they contain healthy fats and proteins and are low in carbs. Egg salad, grilled chicken salad, shrimp salad, cauliflower salad, arugula salad, cucumber salad, antipasto salad, Greek salad, Caprese salad, and spinach salad are just a few keto-friendly salads to enjoy.
- Grilled chicken or any cooked meat
- boiled eggs
- 1tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Chopped Walnut
Now you can add any vegetables to this salad which you like more like cabbage, salad leaves, cucumbers, black olives, etc.
You can also add cheese and keto-friendly mayo but then you have to put these ingredients in your carb manager to check.
Cut the iceberg roughly and add grilled chicken and chopped walnuts with boiled eggs. Sprinkle salt lemon juice and olive oil in it and serve immediately.
