I can eat this keto spinach cheese gravy on a daily basis. What I do is that I take 3 to 4 kg fresh spinach and after washing and boiling it, I blend it in a blender and then freeze it in small packets. Whenever you want to make it just take it out a few hours early and cook it in just 10 to 15 minutes. You can also use canned spinach. This recipe makes 3 servings. - 200 g Spinach
- 200 g cottage cheese
- 50 g Onion
- 5 g garlic
- 5 g Ginger
- 1 Green Chilly
- 1/2 tbsp Cumin Seeds
- 50 ml Heavy Cream
- 1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Red Chili Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Cumin Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Coriander Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Garam Masala
- Salt to Taste
- 20 g Ghee or Olive Oil or butter to cook

Method Of Keto Spinach Cheese Gravy
- Heat the ghee in a deep frying pan.
- Fry the cumin seeds, ginger, garlic, green chilly and onions for 2-3 minutes
- Add in the turmeric, red chili powder, cumin powder, garam masala, and coriander powder
- Once the spices have been cooked add in the pureed spinach, cover and cook for 2-3 minutes
- Add in the fresh cream and the cottage cheese cubes and cook for a further 1 minute
- Garnish with some fresh cream and cheese (optional)
