Khajoor ki kheer or date pudding is very nutritious dessert. Its texture is full creamy and rich. Its taste is very different as compared to rice kheer.
Ingredients Of khajoor Ki Kheer
- 1-liter milk
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 small cardamoms
- 1/2 cup khoya
- 1/2 cup rice flour
- 1/2 cup milk
- 250 gms dates
- almonds for garnishing
- 1 tsp almond essence
Method Of Khajoor Ki Kheer
- Boil milk and add crushed small cardamoms in it.
- Dissolve rice flour in half cup milk and add it in boiled milk. Stir continually so that no lumps will form.
- Cook on low flame. At this stage, kheer will start to thickens. Now add chopped dates and khoya and sugar.
- Add almond essence and dish it out. Garnish with almonds and serve hot or cold.
