Khoya Ke Seviyan Recipe

Its a traditional sweet and everyone loves to eat this khoya ke seviyan . It must be served hot for good taste. Its also known as Shahi Vermicelli. This is a recipe not to be missed.

Ingredients Of Khoya Ke Seviyan

  • 1 packet vermicelli, thin one
  • 250 gm khoya
  • 1 cup milk
  • Sugar to taste
  • 3-4 small cardamoms
  • 3 tbsp ghee

Method Of Khoya Wali Seviyan

  • Heat ghee in a non stick pan and crackle cardamoms in it. Add vermicelli and roast them in ghee for 2-3 minutes.
  • Now add milk and sugar and put vermicelli on low heat covered for 3-4 minutes.
  • Vermicelli are cooked in this stage. Add khoya and mix it well.
  • Serve hot or warm.
