Ingredients Of Khoya Ke Seviyan
- 1 packet vermicelli, thin one
- 250 gm khoya
- 1 cup milk
- Sugar to taste
- 3-4 small cardamoms
- 3 tbsp ghee
Method Of Khoya Wali Seviyan
- Heat ghee in a non stick pan and crackle cardamoms in it. Add vermicelli and roast them in ghee for 2-3 minutes.
- Now add milk and sugar and put vermicelli on low heat covered for 3-4 minutes.
- Vermicelli are cooked in this stage. Add khoya and mix it well.
- Serve hot or warm.
