Ingredients Of Mango Salsa
- 1 mango, chopped
- 1 cup pineapple, chopped
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/2 lemon juice
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp green onion, chopped green part only
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp white pepper
- Salt to taste
Method
- In a bowl add mango, pineapple, onion, salt, black and white pepper, olive oil, green onion and lemon juice.
- Mix them well.
- Serve it with any of your meal or main dish
