Ingredients Of Masala Rice
- 1/2 kg rice
- 2 onions
- 2 tomatoes
- Salt to taste
- red chili powder to taste
- 1/2 tsp. turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp. coriander powder
- Few seeds peppercorn
- 1tsp cumin seeds
- Oil as required
Method Of Masala Rice
- Heat oil and fry sliced onions till they are golden brown.
- Add chopped tomatoes and fry. Add salt, red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, and peppercorn.
- Add water according to the quantity of rice. When water starts boiling then add rice bring to the boil and cook till your rice is cooked and tender.
- Garnish with either black or white cumin seeds. It is ready to be eaten.
