Ingredients Of Mexican Chili Chapatti
- 1/2 kg chicken mince, boiled
- 1/2 kg refined flour
- 5 tbsp sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp corn flour
- 1 tbsp white cumin powder
- 1 cabbage, finely chopped
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes, finely chopped
- 2 capsicums, finely chopped
- 3 green chilies, chopped
- 5 tbsp oil
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Red chili powder to taste
- Water as required
- 1 cup grated cheese
Method Of Mexican Chili Chapatti
- Put refined flour, salt, sugar, egg, oil, corn flour and white cumin powder in a pot and mix well. Add water and knead well.
- Keep the dough aside for 10 minutes. Make chapattis from the dough.
- Put onions, tomatoes, capsicums, cabbage, red chilies, salt and mince in a bowl. Mix it with your hands.
- Spread the chicken mixture and grated cheese on a chapatti. Keep the other chapatti on top and press the sides.
- Keep this on a baking tray in a pre heated oven for 10 minutes. Cut into four triangles and serve hot.
