Ingredients Of Mexican Chili Chapatti

  • 1/2 kg chicken mince, boiled
  • 1/2 kg refined flour
  • 5 tbsp sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp corn flour
  • 1 tbsp white cumin powder
  • 1 cabbage, finely chopped
  • 2 onions, finely chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 2 capsicums, finely chopped
  • 3 green chilies, chopped
  • 5 tbsp oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Red chili powder to taste
  • Water as required
  • 1 cup grated cheese

Method Of Mexican Chili Chapatti

  • Put refined flour, salt, sugar, egg, oil, corn flour and white cumin powder in a pot and mix well. Add water and knead well.
  • Keep the dough aside for 10 minutes. Make chapattis from the dough.
  • Put onions, tomatoes, capsicums, cabbage, red chilies, salt and mince in a bowl. Mix it with your hands.
  • Spread the chicken mixture and grated cheese on a chapatti. Keep the other chapatti on top and press the sides.
  • Keep this on a baking tray in a pre heated oven for 10 minutes. Cut into four triangles and serve hot.
