Mince Pancake Rolls Recipe

This recipe is easy and very healthy for kids and for elders. For minceĀ pancake rolls you can take any type of mince, chicken, beef or mutton mince.


Ingredients Of Mince Pancake Rolls

  • 250gm mince
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp crushed red chilies
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4tsp all spices powder
  • 2 tbsp fresh coriander chopped
  • 2 green chilies, chopped
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • For Pancakes
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup flour
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Water as requires
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 Crushed cucumber
  • Oil as required

Method Of Mince Pancake Rolls

  • Heat oil in a pan and fry onion in it. When onion gets light golden in color then add ginger garlic paste and mince. Cook for 2-3 minute
  • When mince water dries up then add salt, crushed red chili and tomato. Cook on low flame.
  • Now at this stage mince will get tender. Now add all spices powder, green coriander, and green chilies. Let all water dries up and then turn off the flame.

For Pancakes

  • Beat eggs and add flour, salt and black pepper in it. Make a batter, if it looks thick then add a little water in it to make a smooth paste.
  • Tak a frying pan and spread little oil all over it. Pour some egg mixture and make round pancakes. Turn side when it turns light golden. Make pancakes with all batter.
  • Now take pancake and apply mayonnaise on it. Spread mince and crushed cucumber and make a roll. Make all rolls like this and serve with ketchup.
