Mince Samosas (By Chef Zakir) : Recipe

Mince samosas are very tasty and yummy snack and you can serve it with your tea with any kind of dip. You can also freeze them and fry whenever you need it. Best for iftar and Ramzan.

Ingredients Of Mince Samosas

  • 125 gm mince beef
  • Manda stripes as required
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • Green coriander leaves as required, finely chopped
  • 3 green chilies
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp crushed red chilies
  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tspĀ  crushed cumin seeds
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 cup refined flour
  • 1 piece ginger
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Oil for frying

Method Of Mince Samosas

  • Put 2 tbsp oil in frying pan, add mince and cook till all the water dries up.
  • Add salt and red chilies to the mince and fry. Add coriander leaves, crushed cumin seeds, chilies, and onion.
  • Increase the flame and thoroughly mix all the spices, fry and turn off the flame.
  • Fill the manga strips with mince mixture and shape them like samosas. Seal the ends with flour and water paste.
  • Heat oil in the wok and fry the samosas till they are golden brown. Serve hot with chutney or sauce.
