Palak Chicken Recipe

You can cook spinach with mutton or chicken. My family like it with chicken. Spinach is full of iron and we should eat it more often. For this recipe of Palak Chicken you have to cut spinach and then wash it properly. Boil it for half an hour and then grind it in paste in a grinder.

Ingredients Of Palak Chicken

  • 1 kg spinach boiled and grinded.
  • 1/2 kg chicken
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 3 tomatoes chopped
  • 3 green chilies chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chilies to taste
  • 1/2 tsp. turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp. all spices powder
  • 1 tbsp. ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 cup oil

Method Of Palak Chicken

  • In a pan heat oil and fry onions till they are light brown in color. Add ginger garlic paste and chicken and fry it for 3-4 minutes. Now add chopped tomatoes, green chilies and all spices which are mentioned above.
  • Add little water and cook chicken till its tender and leaves oil.
  • Now add grinded spinach and cook it on high flame till water dries up. Now your palak chicken is ready.
  • Serve with boiled rice.
