So you are craving for pizza…don’t worry just need a pita bread and you can satisfy your craving of pizza. I made this pita bread pizza from some leftover cooked chicken mince. You can add anything in it like cooked boneless chicken or boiled shredded chicken, vegetables, mushrooms, olives. Add anything you like and top it with cheese and bake.
Ingredients Of pita Bread Pizza
- Cooked chicken mince
- 2 pita breads
- 2 slices cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1 onion chopped
For Pizza Sauce
You can use ready made pizza sauce or you can easily make it at home. Following is the link of pizza sauce.
Method Of Pita Bread Pizza
- Take pita bread and spread pizza sauce over it.
- Spread cooked chicken mince, chopped onions and cheese all over it. Sprinkle oregano on it.
- Bake in preheated oven for 5-8 minutes. Don’t over bake otherwise pita bread will become crispy. Grill one minute to color the cheese.
