I love to have a plate full of potato skins as a side dish. Topped with lots of cheese makes them irresistible and everyone raved about them. These skins are easy to make and they vanish in seconds from the table. There are two ways to cook your potatoes, one is in a gas oven and the other is in the microwave. It took almost one hour for gas oven and 7 to 8 minutes in the microwave. You can add whatever you like as a topping. Here is another recipe for stuffed potatoes

- Salt to taste
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Cheese as required

Method Of Potato Skins
