Saffron Banana Shake


If someone wants to gain weight the he should have a banana milk shake daily, it helps a lot, if you want to put on some weight. Its very good for growing kids.



  • 2 bananas
  • 1 glass milk
  • Pinch of saffron
  • Ice cubes
  • 3 tsp sugar
  • Almonds and cashews chopped for garnishing


  • Mix the bananas, sugar, milk and ice in a blender till it smoothes.
  • Pour the shake in glass and stir in the saffron.
  • Garnish with almonds and cashews. Serve cold.
