My kids love this sweet. Whenever my milk got curdled naturally due to hot weather or any other reason, I made this sandesh sweet out of it. So now don’t waste your curdled milk and make this easy and quick sweet. You can also curdle your fresh milk by adding lemon juice or vinegar in it. After draining water you will get paneer or chenna out of your milk. For 1 liter milk, you need 1 tbsp. vinegar. So here is your curdled milk recipe. It is also known as ricotta cheese.
