The secret to have tasty chicken kebab skewers is in its marinade mixture. Coat the chicken well with marinade and leave it in fridge for overnight. If you don’t have grill then you could also make it in non stick pan or you can also barbeque them.
Cut each thigh fillet into thin strips and weave them onto small skewers, carefully.
Combine the yogurt, chili powder, turmeric, cumin, coriander, ginger and garlic in a small bowl and mix them well. Place the chicken kebab skewers in a dish and cover it with a yogurt mixture and refrigerate, covered with plastic wrap for overnight.
Place the chicken kebab skewers on a hot lightly oiled barbecue grill or flat plate. Cook for 10-8 minutes, or until the chicken is tender and brown.
